Disney has Adventures By Disney. Is that what you are talking about Fab? They are escorted tours all over the US, Europe and a few other places. They are a bit pricey but look like a lot of fun for families.

heard about the shooting about an hour ago, they cut into tv. They have nto said why yet, just that the shooter is dead and they are looking at 25-30 dead at this time.

These have recieved FABULOUS reviews on one of the boards here, maybe trip reports?? can't remember though. they also do some areas in the continental US and Hawaii. My kiddies are still too youg but i can't wait to try them out!

I was over sorta near Blacksburg this afternoon (Johnson City TN is about 60 miles away - we're trying to get some ETSU work and had a meeting there). The news reports in Johnson City said medical helicopters (LifeStars is what they're called around here) from the local hospitals to try to help transport people ... [new edit] I just read in the news reports that it was too windy in Blacksburg for helicopters to operate so everybody had to go by ambulance [end new edit]... I didn't realize how many people were involved until we got back into Knoxville just a few minutes ago.

In better news (for me personally), the DVC paperwork is on its way - should be here by the end of the week.

And yeah, KAMommy has NO CLUE she ever posted here! (I screw up every now and then at home and forget to log her out / log me in before I post...)

Congrats on the DVC GD!

I just got back from lunch where I made the mistake of going to the post office. There are 3 reasons why this was a mistake:

1) Monday
2) Lunch time (12:30)
3) The day before taxes are due, although some people were not aware of an extra day

It was nuts! Plus I forgot my card so I couldn't use the automated machine thingy. That also put a halt to my plans of hitting Trader Joes while I was at it.

Anymore news on the shooting? We are in such a bubble here at work. I have to sneak over to the news sites.
