I am on hold with United Airlines and they just (cheerfully I might add) told me that my expected hold time was 65 mintes. At least it will give me an excuse not to answer the phone. I might have to give up at some point and go to lunch.

Just talked to her! haha! she said it was a zoo this morning at work! with the snow everwhere, there was never a chance to get a break!!
