Checklist of Attractions

I am looking for a simple checklist of attractions and restaurants at each park. Any ideas as to where I could find this? I have a friend taking a last min. trip and would like this. I told her to forget the list and just take me but... TIA

I recommend http://www.themeparkinsider.com/. Down the right side there are links to each WDW park which have simple listings of all the attractions and restaurants. Not only this but they also rate each.
