IIRC, this needs to be done at any of the park guest services location. I don't think the resort computers are set up to transfer the remaining value to a new ticket media.
Thanks for answering. I don't need anything to be transferred but just need to know what's remaining on some old park hoppers. Wasn't sure if the resort could just tell me that much.
The Guest Services desk or concierge desk (whatever it's called) in the lobby at POR did this for us in January so I assume all the resorts can do it. They could not "move" the remaining days to our new room keys, we had to use the old ones.
