if you are staying onsite but have a late flight home can you remain parked for free in the hotel grounds/park or do you have to go elsewhere ?

also do the hotels have luggage rooms or do you just load your luggage and eave it in the car ??

also just to confirm your dining plan is valid til midnight on this day is that right?

We were still able to park for free on site on the day we were leaving and still parked for free in the parks that day to! I'm not sure if our hotel had a holding place for luggage as we flew with virgin and used the check in point at downtown Disney

Yes, all the hotels will have somewhere to store your luggage until you leave for the airport.

Also curious - do you retain your KTTW card (with dining credits in our case) after checkout, but they remove room access and charging privileges? We will want to use our last credits for dinner on the day we check out, and just wondering how that works.

Yes, you keep your KKTW cards and as you state, all that falls away on check out is access to the room. The park ticket element remains active for the full validity of the park tickets and your dining credits are good until midnight on check out day.

Your hotel car parking pass will be dated for your departure day and is valid all day so you can continue to park for free at the hotel and parks.

You can have Bell Services store your luggage. Just phone from your room and they'll collect your bags and give you a ticket for them. When you are ready to head to the airport go to the desk and they'll bring your bags out for you.

I'm not sure about the other hotels but at WL when you're ready to go you can drive up to the main entrance and ask at the valet parking desk, and they will bring the bags out to your car.

Just remember that you should tip both the person who collects from your room and the person who brings the bags to your car.

You keep the KTTW card and all charging privileges and DDP credits are valid till midnight. Any charges on the last done will be charged to your CC that night.
