Hi everyone ! The wife and I will be visiting Orlando this June, we would like to take a few hours and visit FW to check out certain loops for our camping trip in a few years. My question is what's the best way to do this as we will have a rent car but I don't believe we can just drive around the campgrounds without actually staying there. By the way, loop 500 is the early favorite. Thanks for any comments......

You won't be allowed to drive in unless you're staying there, but you can park in the overflow lot and take the internal buses to scope things out.

You could also take a bus to the Meadows area, then walk to the Bike Barn and rent a couple of bikes, probably about $30 for an hour. Lot easier way to check out the loops. You could also see if they have a golf cart available at the Front Desk. About $62.00, but lots of fun. You do not have to be staying there to rent a cart or a bicycle.
