Checking on availability of cruise activity?

Hi
My window opened yesterday to book activities.
I booked our daughter a mermaid bbb. I went back in later to try and change the time but didnt seem able to check the time without cancelling my first apt ( can only book one mermaid make over)

Does anyone know how you can do this? Can i call and get soneone to check?

Unfortunately, it's probably a reaction to guests trying to book more than one.

I would hope that they find a way to check and if you choose one, it would automatically cancel the other. That would ensure that you only have one booked.

Why they can't recycle the system from Disney dining is beyond me. There, you have a "change reservation" button that shows you other available times at that restaurant on a given night.

One thing I had luck with just a couple months ago was using the chat feature on the website instead of calling. That was also for seeing whether a better time was available than the one I had booked. You're still waiting in real time for an answer but it was maybe five minutes.

You may be the only person ever to hold up Disney Dining as a model IT system.

Thanks for this! Normally I hate the "chat" option on all of these systems, but if the CM can look into their system and give me info in real time without me having to call, maybe it is a good think to use chat for!

Although the concept is ideal, the execution was not.

As in my previous post, I do support the idea of them using a system that can modify the reservation without cancelling first. However, I hope they learn from the dining reservation initial issues and ensure it doesn't create a bigger problem.
