Checking into POR in 2 weeks... what's the current fridge status?

I know that Disney was replacing fridges in all the resorts. Was wondering where POR was in the process - will we have a fridge?

You may want to check out the POR thread for the latest. The thread moderator was/is at POR now.

You should be fine. To be safe you should call reservations and say that you have a priority request for a fridge.

Completely incorrect. As PP stated,, the moderator of the POR thread is there and is reporting correct info, which is there are not fridges in all the rooms.

In addition, other posters say if you call CRO, many of the CM's do not even know fridges are being removed. The only way you may be able to get a fridge is call the disabilities number and have a medical need, but even that is not a guarantee.

I know this was posted a while ago but actually the info that I was stating was correct. As a CM who deals with this every day , we were notified a while ago that the issue is with a select number of rooms and we have not had any problems supplying said rooms with mini fridges. I'm not completely sure where you got "completely incorrect" from. Every CM in my department has been made completely aware of the issues and it is a waste of time to call the disabilities number for a priority request for a fridge.
