Once we arrive, where do we go to get the mugs? Do we have to go to check in even if we did it on line?

You should be able to just have them scan the band, you shouldn't need to check in again. The mugs will be available at whatever food court or QS that is at your resort.

And just a reminder that you can get the mug at any resort, it does not have to be the other you are staying at.
