Checking in on Sunday-WEATHER predicted in NYC

We're supposed to fly out on Sunday at 8:45 am from Newark, but I see that they are predicting weather for our area.
Mom and Dad will be meeting us at SSR, driving down from The Villages. Can they check in when they arrive even though I'm the member?

As long as your parents' name is on the reservation, they can check in without you.

I hope that you're able to get out on time. Any chance you could go the night before, just in case the weather is really bad on Sunday?

I have to work on Saturday, so that would be tough. I'm hoping CNN weather is right and it's just going to be cloudy on Sunday and do nasty wet snowy things on Monday....
