Been on a Disney/disboards hiatus for about a year. First time in a while back on boards.

Our upcoming 11/6-11/15 stay will be first two nights (11/6-11/7) at CSR, last 7 nights at WBC offsite, we have 7 day tickets, planning on going to parks 11/8-11/14. Our booking window opens tonight at midnight for 11/6. It was my understanding I can go on tonight at midnight and book FP+ tonight for 11/6-11/8, but I will only need to book our 11/8 MK day tonight. After that I can only book on a per day rolling basis 60 days out, so I won't bother staying up till midnight because A&E will be gone and extra few hours will likely make little difference for SDMT. Hopefully MDE is smart enough to allow me to book FP in 11/8-11/14 window and not limit me to 11/6 - 11/12 for 7 days of tickets.

Is this still up to date info?

Thanks in advance

On first glance, yes.

Booking FP+ allowed for 11/6, 11/7, 11/8 tonight.
Then, nightly (or whenever you choose) at 60-days-out for each of the remaining number of days on your ticket.

You won't be limited to just 7 consecutive days.

I would suggest trying to book what you want regardless of where you are staying during your trip - it may let you or it may not. Our window opened last night: my husband and I arrive 11/5 and his parents arrive 11/11. I had planned on booking all our FP+s and then when their 60 day window opened, I was going to go in and make their FPs for our overlapping days to do some rides together.

Their names are not on our reservations but they are listed as family in my MDE. Just for fun, I tried to book all of our FP+s to see if it would work and it did. So, I shouldn't have been able to book their FP+s but I did.

Anyone who is linked to your MDE shares your booking window as long as they have separately linked tickets. It doesn't matter if they are on or offsite.

In the OP's case, her initial booking window ends on her check-out day and then resumes on a rolling 60 basis for her offsite days.

really? I had no idea - that seems like it could be exploited.

Thanks for help. As an aside what is SDMT availability at 60 days (either at midnight or morning after) for a party of 6-8 these days. I know a year ago it was doable at 60 days and wide open by 62 days out.

I can't comment on a party of 6-8 but I booked a party of 4 with no issues last night for SDMT (on multiple, different days).

Was one of those on first day (your 60 day out park day)? If so, I think I'll skip tonight.

no I didn't book SDMT on our first day - I booked it for 60+3, 60+5 and 60+9. I also tweaked the times suggested by MDE once I booked the FPs. I didn't expect to be able to get SDMT so easily but I really had no problems booking it.

I have found getting 7dmt is no trouble at the 60 + a few days. But at the beginning of trips it is dicey. If you only have three days to play with...it's less likely.

I booked my fps at midnight today and there was plenty of 7dmt availability! Got it for all of our MK days, including 11/6 our first full day, with no problem and lots of times to choose- weren't booking for 6-8 people though. A&E also had fps from 11/9 and on with lots of times.
