Checking in BCV separately

Hi,
We have ressies at BCV Oct 15-20 We will arrive on the 13th and spend 2 nights at Universal, we have friends coming down on the 15th and staying with us in a 2 bdrm . Their plane lands at 9;25 and they will be using Magical Express, we would like to check in early that day and use stormalong, here is the problem. They are paying for all of our dining plans, can we check in and when they get there pay our balance???? Or do we have to wait for them? Or can we put it on our Credit Card when we check in and then when they get there, the can take it off our card and put it on theirs?

Any help would be appreciated

I would think you could put it on your card and then have it changed. In the past we have had charging priveges on the card and then my daughter has gone down and had hers switched to her card since they won't allow two cards for one room. They just sort it out by key number. You could always call the BCV directly to check this out. The other option would be for them to give you the money before you leave and then just put it on your card. That is what we are doing this year. I am putting the money in the bank and then when we go will charge it to my card. I will also set up an automatic payment so it will be paid before we get home. That way I don't have 5 different people trying to pay at check in. We are also arriving at different times and days for the 2 rooms so that adds to the mix.
