Checking in at the WL

If you are next in line at the WL, and the next available Cast Member is a Filippino lady, I would highly recommend letting the person behind you go next.
I don't know her name, and I will say that she seems nice enough, but boy did she mess up our bill. She not only overcharged us, but she put the whole thing on our credit card (which she never asked us if we wanted to or not - which we didn't), and then when the manager came over to try and straighten the whole thing out, her english wasn't good enough to explain the problem, and we had twice the amount added to our card. Unforutantely we didn't catch all the problems until later, but thankfully when we went back down, another lady was there and she took care of the whole thing. While we were being taken care of by the second lady, the same Filippino lady was there, and she had just messed up another guest's bill, and the manager was trying to resolve his problem as well.
I really think Disney should do a better job of placing people at the important check-in area who know enough English to avoid these kinds of problems. Don't get me wrong, this had no impact on our wonderful trip, but it was still somewhat of a bother.
