I think I may know why it isn't working for you. It didn't work for me today either when I put in my info. I booked through Transat Holidays - and from what Transat Holidays told me when I pre-selected their seats, the confirmation number is for them and so its not working for Canjet.
You would have to call Canjet directly at 1-866-447-7000. I didn't get a chance today, but I'm going to call them and try to book for our May seats (Canjet down, Transat home) going down even though it still says 6 days in advance on their website still.

I'll try to give them a call. When I called Transat Holidays, they verified my confirmation number, but they didn't mention anything about using a different number to select the seats.
So, I want to make sure I understand....(because we've had a "storm" day yesterday and an inservice today so I've pretty much lost all brain matter) but did they let you pre-select your Canjet seats through Transat holidays?? Because they let me pre-select the Air Transat portion (coming home) but they told me I would have to call Canjet 6 days before my flight to pre-select that portion.
I just don't know why it's not working for me. I rechecked my information to make sure it's correct...and it is. The FAQ for Seat Selection shows that if I get that error message it's because seat selection is not available until 6 days prior. So, I don't know.
