Checking Canjet flights?

I think I may know why it isn't working for you. It didn't work for me today either when I put in my info. I booked through Transat Holidays - and from what Transat Holidays told me when I pre-selected their seats, the confirmation number is for them and so its not working for Canjet.

You would have to call Canjet directly at 1-866-447-7000. I didn't get a chance today, but I'm going to call them and try to book for our May seats (Canjet down, Transat home) going down even though it still says 6 days in advance on their website still.
 
Yes, my confirmation number starts with a letter with seven numbers after it.
My trip is booked through a travel agent with Transat Holidays (which uses Canjet). Check your itinerary and make sure under airline it says Air Transat because sometimes they do use different airlines. Good Luck!

I, too, booked with Transat Holidays. But I did it online instead of going through an agent. Maybe that's the difference. And I did make sure that it was Canjet. When I called Transat Holidays, I was directed to Air Transat for Seat Selection and they verified that my flight is with Canjet.

:eek: So, I want to make sure I understand....(because we've had a "storm" day yesterday and an inservice today so I've pretty much lost all brain matter) but did they let you pre-select your Canjet seats through Transat holidays?? Because they let me pre-select the Air Transat portion (coming home) but they told me I would have to call Canjet 6 days before my flight to pre-select that portion.

Now I see that the 6 days has changed, but I'm wondering if the "who to call" has too.

I went to the Can Jet web site, went to seat selection, put in my confirmation number, flight numbers and picked our seats, paid for it, got my confirmation email - all done!!:thumbsup2

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I tried to go through the Canjet website to pre-select my seats, but I couldn't get through. So I thought I would call Transat Holidays (since I booked with them) to see if I can pre-select the seats through them. But when I finally reached Seat Selection, it was a seat selection for just Air Transat. During this conversation, they told me that I couldn't pre select my seats through them because my flight was with Canjet.

:confused3 I just don't know why it's not working for me. I rechecked my information to make sure it's correct...and it is. The FAQ for Seat Selection shows that if I get that error message it's because seat selection is not available until 6 days prior. So, I don't know.

I just thought this was a very simple thing to do. I just want to pay for my seats. :headache:

I booked my plane tickets through Air Transat 800 number, she gave me this number for seat selection, 1-877-872-6728. They just called to let me know today the flight times had changed as well departing and returning. Sorry it took so long to reply internet problems today. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately, my flight is with Canjet and I won't be able to pre select my seats using that 1-877 number since that is only for flights with Air Transat.

ok, thats what I was told too. Through Transat Holidays I booked my Air Transat seats but they told me to call Canjet to book the canjet seats.

Phew....my brain is no longer mushy and I understand!!! Now I just have to book those seats!!

Did that canjet number ever work for you??
