Checking availability for multiple units

Is there a way to check availability of multiple identical units. We are trying to book a trip with friends for this summer and we want to get two 1 bedroom units. I'm trying to check various resorts for availability as we move closer to our 7 month window opening up so we know what our choices realistically are. I can't figure out how to check if two units are available without first booking one. Am I missing something? Do I have to call Member Services and ask them to check all the resorts? Thanks!

You cannot get it. The online system allows you to check only to determine if there is an opening, not how many openings. Calling MS may provide the answer but you might just be told that the information is not available or that you cannot get it until you are within your reservation window.

I do not know which resorts you are considering or actual dates. But since you mention summer and are close to your 7 month date, I assume you mean sometime in Aug and are talking about WDW. In that case, be aware, based on historical reservation patterns, that it is almost 100% certain that you will be able to get two 1BRs at 7 months out at any of the following: BWV pool/garden view, BLT lake view, VGF, VWL, AKV standard and savanna view, OKW, and SSR. Moreover, though it is always advisable to make the reservation online at 8 a.m. at 7 months out, you will likley have plenty of time after the 7 month window opens to reserve 1BRs at those.

You will also have a very good chance to get BLT theme park 1BRs and BWV standard or boardwalk view 1BRs, with some lesser chance for a BCV 1BR but still fair. Those 1BRs with low probability are AKV value and club level and BLT standard view
