Ours dropped by $19 per person each way. Wound up with a credit for $114!

When are you going? We're traveling Boston->Orlando in April, and the fares have only been going up.

We are going in August. Fares in mid-April (10th through the 20th) seem to be on the hide side. No clue why.

Massachusetts schools have spring vacation April 15-19, so fares from all the NE airports are high right around then. Don't know why it would affect NY though - that's a looong drive just to save some airfare. I bought tickets in August for around $400 - same flight is over $900 now!

We are in CT and have vacation from 4/15-4/19. We typically will use the NY airports because they are closer hence why the prices in NY are higher. They know we are coming

That would certainly explain it! I knew Rhode Island had the same spring vacation week as MA, didn't realize CT was the same week as well. I know NH is the week after.
