Yep, the Peter Pan ears are showing up but I don't believe they are available to purchase.
Disney Store sent me a survey about Merch Pass today.
I thought those questions were interesting, too. Based on the way we all seem to be spending here, we all should be at the VIP level if Merch Pass moves in that direction!I got one too. It was interesting to see the questions asking about what I thought about preference given to those who shop on ShopDisney more, APs, D23 memberships, Disney Visa cardholders, etc. Also asked about what thought about subscription service for collections or purchase in advance options.
It ended up being about $21 with tax and shipping.I just got my first merch pass...for the key. I can't decide if I actually want it or not.
The Pluto key is available on Shop Disney now (9/07/20, 2:30 am PT).
Looks like this is similar to the MMMA glitch which puts things up when they are unavailable or sold out:Either already sold out or was a glitch it showed available? I know I've got until the 8th to buy mine and I didn't think they'd drop until at least the 9th for general sale. I just keep hesitating because I hate that I'm having to pay shipping twice (my account qualified for the key pin while my mom's account qualified for the key). Was so excited I might not have to choose to pay shipping twice
I will need to bite the bullet soon and just pay the double shipping or risk not getting it at all.

Just keep an eye on them. The MMMA items have been popping up here and there (after being released) for general purchase. But they go FAST, so if you do see the keys or something else that shows up (glitch or not), grab it and hope the purchase goes through, For some posters in this thread, that method has worked!Oh, yeah, the pages for the key and key pin have been up since Friday with the "currently unavailable" grayed out button. I didn't think much of it since I've always just figured it was just because those pages have to go up as an existing item for them to add them to people's carts that got them in MerchPass. I misunderstood and thought they'd changed to being able to add to cart.
I feel better now I didn't miss out on a few getting released I could have added to get everything in one order, lol!

I sent an email to Disney. I haven’t really collected any keys or key pins but we are a huge dog loving family so I really wanted these. Thanks for the advice. I tried “purchase now” in the email they sent me and took me to the site. Then made me log in and still gave me that message that the items have been removed from my cart.You never know when someone is sharing a computer. I have my account and my mom's I access from the same devices so it's something I have to double check which one I'm logged into.
Another thing to check is try clicking from the email that says you got them. Also try different browsers and devices. But it does sound like you had a terrible glitch occur if making sure you're logged in isn't helping. You've already done what my next suggestion would have been which is to contact the website. If you don't hear back soon, though, I would start trying to get in contact via more than just email. Social media, call, etc.
