I was checking last night to see if any rooms had opened at the Royal Pacific or Hard Rock for my stay and on a whim went in to see if the rate at the Portofino went down. The rate for the bay view has become the same exact price as the garden view room, still at $169/night with the APH. An excellent upgrade that didn't cost a penny!
