Even with all the PP pix we've taken we've only had a few go MIA. Us playing air guitar at DHS (they other Rock 'n Rollercoasters were there, but not the last one) and ones taken fighting Hook at DLR in May. I actually stopped by PP shop on MS and checked (usually don't) and saw that Hook wasn't there. They made a call and said it would show up soon. Unfortunately when I checked when I got home the pix weren't there. I sent an email and they didn't show up. Also the one missing from DHS was gone forever as well. They apologized for both, but there wasn't anything they could do.
Just so you know, PP Guest Services does tell the photog in question about missing pix. I saw the one who took our Hook pix awhile later and I mentioned ours had gone MIA (We did get the Mickey and Minnie ones he took). He said he had been told about some that had disappeared. Luckily, we were able to get some more Hook ones taken about a month later, and since it was my fav. PP photog, we got some great shots (He took 39 in all that day-we were a group of 7)
I figure with all the the PP we had taken, missing 2 pix, overall wasn't too bad. We had over 650 original pix before edits and 2180 after.
One thing we did have happen, both at WDW and DLR were duplicate magical enhancements. Double Simbas, Soarin', and Stitch. I contacted PP Services and they said there wasn't anything they could do-photog error.
We've also had someone else's pix show up on our cards as well. I just hope those people were able to locate theirs, if they wanted to buy them.

the first day was soo cold we only saw one photog infront of the castle. Then the next day it rained so hard and was so cold no one was out, parks were empty and they even closed the parks early due to weather. So I'm bummed. But hopefully we'll get to on our next trip!
