I was wondering how many days were left on one of my old "no expiration" tickets, and I remembered from an old Podcast that Disney now has a number you can call. So I looked it up on the DIS, and it worked like a charm! I have three theme park and six water park admissions on my ticket. They can also check tickets tied to room keys as well. Here is the info. for anyone that might need it:

Checking Days Left on Used Tickets

If you have left over park tickets from previous visits and can't remember how many days you have left on them, you can have your ticket checked while at Disney World or you can call Disney to check their status:

* 407-566-4985 - Option #2

NOTE: This service is only available Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Thanks for the great tip DIS Unplugged!!!!

:mad: I just called this number and the CM said that they can't give that information over the phone. The only way to find out is to go to Guest Relations at one of the parks. I'm so upset. It makes a difference regarding what ticket I buy for my next trip! Ugh!

Any other ideas?

I called a few weeks ago and they told me almost the same thing, but the cm said she would do it as a one time favor.

Call back.

When you think about it, it's silly that we can't do it ourselves online. We should just be able to enter our ticket's numbers and get the info we need. I must be missing something.

I think the reason this is their policy is so people will be less likely to sell or buy unused tickets on the "black" market [tickets pre-finger scanning]. No way to prove what is the on the ticket until you get there makes buying those tickets too big of a risk for some. :confused3

I guess I can buy that explaination. Over the years I've always been befuddled about why you literally have to go to Disney World to find out how many days are left on your ticket. That's a pain in the butt for someone like me who lives 2 hours away and I can't even imagine for anyone outside of the state. If I can check out much money there is on a Starbucks giftcard from my laptop, I should be able to check out how many days are left on my Disney ticket.

In fact, it personally affected me a couple years ago when I had some single day tickets and I wasn't sure if they were used or not. I just went to the turnstyles and hoped for the best! ;)

I'm sorry guys! It worked for me! I swear it did!

I was on hold for 21 minutes for them to tell me that,nope, they don't do this over the phone any more. guess it was worth the try.:confused3
looks like it is now option 5- since I've read other places that it seems to be a CM call on looking it up or not.
