Sorry it took a week to get the nerve to post, but I ate way too many sweets on vacation and paid for it. Weigh in last Monday was 119.4

. I was really, really hoping to only gain a couple of pounds not 5 pounds. So, being the messed up person that I am, what did I do about it? I ATE ALL WEEK LONG!! ewww... Couldn't get back on the bandwagon at all. Everyday I woke up swearing today was THE day, but by 3pm I was eating everything in sight!

Then, the binge cycle started as I might as well eat alot today so I can start tomorrow, etc...
Finally, yesterday I had a good day. 1 SF Hot Chocolate, 1 plain boca burger, homemade black bean soup and a 0 fat Sorbet bar. Not bad at all... Today's weigh in was 118.4, so I am going in the right direction. I need to be back to 115 by Saturday for dh's company picnic
