Check out day X Late flight and Magical Express

We have a really late flight (11:40pm) on our check out day. I know we can request a late check out but since our last day is December 18th I don't think we'll be granted one, as the Christmas crowds will be arriving on that day. I was thinking of adding another day to our reservation so we can keep the room the whole day on the 18th and we won't have to worry about luggage and the likes.

Will I be able to schedule the Magical Express trip back to the airport on the 18th even though my actually reservation only ends on the 19th?

I just did that this past September. No problems at all scheduling it like that.
