If my package is paid in full, do I still need to show the credit card I used, or will my reservation number and photo ID be sufficient?

They will still ask you for your cc.

We paid for my parents package on our cc, and they were able to check in without our cc. They did give the hotel their cc so that they had room charging privileges.

If your package is paid in full the only reason you need a cc is for charging priviledges.
