Check-in question?

I was wondering --- we are arriving early on 6/24 at Beach Club Villas. What is the chance that our room will be ready by noon? Anyone out there had success? I know that next week should be busy; therefore, I am not that optimistic that we will be able to check in at noon. Thoughts?

I would think very good, that is a Saturday and many stay Sun - Thurs so Friday night will be light making rooms availanle early in the day. Whenever we check in on Friday or Saturday the room is ready early.

I always ask for a room that's ready 1st, and see if I like the location. Even if they tell me to call at 2pm...I know that it won't be ready until 3:30pm if that. We have gotten our keys early, then went to lunch and to a park when arriving early. We just call them from a ph. in the lobby and ask them to give us our room number after check-in time.

Although there is a chance a room will be available, you're best off planning on it NOT being ready. Just be ready to hit the Epcot for a few hours until your room is ready. They will give you a telephone number to call to check if its ready yet. Worse case is that you'll have to wait for 4:00 pm before getting into a room.

We arrived at BWV today around noon, I was surprised our room was ready! It did not meet my top floor request, it is second floor but it was all they had (I was willing to wait since we planned to spend the afternoon at Epcot anyway).
