Check in Question

We are checking in to OKW tomorrow morning with my BIL and SIL in their DVC 2 bedroom villa. We are already in town and they will be in later tomorrow. We are listed on the reservation. Can we check in before they get there? We want to get there early and drop off our luggage and get our day started.

If you are listed on the reservation, you should be able to check in and leave your luggage. If the room is available, you should be able to leave your stuff in your room.

They will ask for a credit card for the room charging privileges. You will only be able to have one for the entire villa. Your BIL and SIL may prefer to have charging privileges on their cards only and not on yours. You might need to confirm this with them. You can still use a credit card to make purchases, you just won't charge it to the room.

We do this all the time with my DF & DM. We are usually driving in arriving in the early a.m. having left home the day before. DF & DM prefer to fly than ride with our family of 4 and typically arrive later. With everyone listed on the reservation we have never had a problem. Have a great trip!
