Check-in question: group arriving @ different times

We have a group of six staying in a cabin at FW in October. The package is in my name. Four of us are flying (including me), but it looks like the two who are driving will arrive first. Are they able to check in without me? How does this work with the KTTW cards? Would they be able to get cards for all of us, or will we also need to check in when we arrive?

As long as they are on the reservation and are 18 or over, they will be able to check in when they get there. As far as the KTTW cards, I always check in alone while the rest of my family walks around the resort and I have gotten all of the cards. Have a nice trip .
