Not sure if it is every where but we just got to AKL and no one is able to check in.

Hope they fix it soon.

Same here at poly. Front desk can't check if our room is ready..long day!! Hopefully gets fixed soon.

Same thing happened at the end of Sept when I was checking into the BWV.

I just called member services for DVC to check availability and they said the system should be back up by 2pm. I'm assuming it would be the same for everything else to!

It's scary how much we rely on technology. I would have hoped the have a manual back up system.

I second the need for a back-up system. We tried to check OUT of CSR when the computers were down. They said they would mail us a final bill. They didn't - even after several requests, both in writing and on the phone.

I figured up my charges with the amounts on my credit card statement agreeing with mine. Computers do have their downfalls!
