Since I text my entry daily, for me it's checking to see if I could have missed a call. Over and over and over again......just in case.

Do you also check to make sure your phone is still working?

I texted and they called to tell me I won. I didn't answer the call and received a text that read " Hi, this message is in regards to your entry in the One More Disney Day Sweepstakes! Please call or reply within 24 hours "

Thanks for the info! I usually text, but some days I enter online if I don't get an error when entering that way. I told my fed-ex driver at work on Friday that he needed to be making a stop at my house with notice from Disney that I won the trip. I think he thought I was crazy!

We have a FedEx notice that we need to go sign for something DW is going this morning to pick it up. I have my fingers crossed that we won but I think it is our $40 gift card. Oh well, I can still dream. Either way it gets us one step closer to another trip.

I'm still afraid to call to see if we have a FD pin, the temptation would be too great not to book a late May trip.

Yes I have been to afraid to delete it! I have save all my emails and screen shots of the Disney winner website too. My husband wants me to go out tonight and buy a Powerball ticket because last week I won free movie tickets! He thinks I am on a lucky streak! On a side note, I am wondering if any Fed Ex drivers have noticed people acting strange lately. lol I wonder if they are even aware of the frenzy they are causing?????

No problem, I was having trouble with the Disney website even before the contest began. Every time I would try to log in to update my records it wouldn't recognize my email or password. I started to delete my cookie before trying to log in and it worked. Needless to say when the contest started I just started texting everyday instead of going to the website. Thank goodness I did! Before we found out we won, my husband was leaving for work and turned around when he saw a Fed Ex driver coming toward the house. Lucky for the Fed Ex driver we didn't have to stalk him for long.

Been lurking ( with rapt attention to this thread ) and just to throw a new question into the pot in these waning days of the promotion ( I wish they would extend it until the end of 2012 ) ... To the winners..What time of day did you text or enter online? I have been switching it up in the hopes of covering the spread..I will enter online, and my DH texts or vice versa, at different times of day, on different computers etc....I assume it's a computerized selection ( won't even pretend to understand how that would work ) but wonder if there is some uniformity in the times of the entry....Anyhoo...here's hoping a ginour"mouse" pile of pixies dust drops on us all and it's a "DISer a Day " from here on in until the end of the contest !

I hear ya! I need airfare booked for an upcoming trip. Found some good prices, but then said eh, still is a lot of time to book it (November trip)... and maybe will win and then air will be covered. Well, have yet to win, cost of flights went up a LOT... so guess will just wait for them to come down again!

My DH and I would just text our entry whenever we remembered it during the day. His winning text was at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. Good luck!

We decided to go in April because I was afraid the crowds and heat this summer would be too much. I was afraid that if I held out any longer, airfare would be sky high.

I've been entering this contest too... What cracks me up is how my phone tries desperately to autocorrect the word "disneyday" every time I type it in a text. My phone thinks I'm trying to type "diatribe" or "diabetes" or "diamond" ... Something different almost every day!!

I entered online in the mornings before taking my daughter to school, so around 7:30am PST (8:30 where I am).

Does anyone else's heart flutter when they see that fed ex truck pass slowly in front of their house,even when no one has been sent their envelope on a Saturday?!

Heck, we never even see FedEx making deliveries here on Saturdays -- small mountain town. When the little FedEx truck slowed down in front of our house yesterday, dh even got excited. I asked him if he thought to clean off the address sign while he was shoveling the driveway. Nope! Plus the plow had been through and closed the driveway again, so there is no way the truck could have gotten in. He'll be back on Monday, right???

I do the same thing! I set the alarm on my phone to remind me to enter at a certain time! The last couple of days I have entered at exactly midnight eastern time! From the responses of the winners though it looks like it doesn't matter..casual entries were what won it!
