I've been entering daily via Text and so far, nothing. I NEVER win anything so I'm not holding my breath but I still hold on to a little tiny string of hope.

So about thirty minutes after finding out yesterday that fed ex would be delivering to the winners my DBF was out on the porch and said "a fed ex truck just drove by." I thought he was joking till i heard it come around the corner and stop right in front of our apt building!!! I stared out the window in disbelief and waited for the driver to get out....which seemed to take an ETERNITY! finally i see him come out....with a giant package...not for us

Fed Ex just came to my door, and I haven't ordered anything!!......Nope...... just the replacement part for my stinkin broken washer that the repairman overnighted to my house

I thought I was freaked out yesterday when it pulled across the street and he went to my neighbor's house. Nope. This was worse.

I knew we were getting something from Fed-ex but my heart still skipped a beat when he pulled up this morning!

Since someone here mentioned that they've been told the odds of winning a Disney trip are better than others because fewer people enter, I'm really curious to know what the daily number of entries has been. Since you can request a list of winners after the contest is over by writing to them, do you think if you asked for the odds each day, or the average daily odds over the course of the contest, they would provide that also?

Are you guys entering via text and on-line? After skimming the rules, it sounded like you can only enter once a day and only using one of those methods. I certainly don't want to take myself out of the running by violating the rules but wondered if others were entering twice each day.

It's one or the other. Entering both ways will disqualify you.

If you used your original disney website account then you can go into your profile and see if your correct address is listed. I just checked mine to see if my correct phone number was listed.

I am so glad I read this thread. I checked my profile on my Disney account and not only have I not updated it for several years, I had an old cancelled phone cell phone number listed and never checked off how I'd like to be contacted, never even thought of it till now!! (No wonder I never get any correspondense from them!) Thanks for the heads up!!

Congratulations to the one winner from the dis boards so far!I have a question since you were not notified before the fed ex arrived what if no one was home to sign for the delivery?We all work during the day so no one is home usually before early evening,so what happens if you miss the fed ex delivery will they leave a notice that you have a package for delivery?Just worried if someone is a potential winner and are not home they will lose out on their chance of the prize.

I updated my info. and put my mothers address instead of mine but with all my info. She lives in same town as me. I did this because we live in the country and our dogs are out every day and most the time we are not home and I'm not sure the Fed x person would even get out of his truck with the barking dogs. They are harmless but they don't know this!! So what do you think? Should I change back and take my chances? I entered by cell phone a few times but I take my phone to work and have to turn it off while at work and I don't know if they would leave a message if I missed the call... I really wanna WIN!! LOL So what would you guys do?? Thanks!!

Congratulations!!!

FedEx pulled up last night, around 7pm and started blowing up, my doorbell. My heart started beating, a little faster. They ALWAYS deliver in the morning, and only ring once. The package WAS from Disney. It was my order from the Disney Store!!

So, if a cell is connected to a business, does the individual win or the company? Are the prizes transferable? Sorry, if this has been asked and answered. We've been fortunate and have visited Disney often. If, I'm lucky enough to win, I'd love to let my employees draw for the trip.

FEDEX doesn't usually ask me to sign for stuff so if I wasn't home they'd leave it on my doorstep (or in front of my gate). If it was raining, they've been known to put it in the spare car in my driveway with a note on my door letting kme know where it is. And sometimes it will be in my barn sitting on the garbage cans (we get a lot of horse things via FedEx so they do go in the barn sometimes).

Had a FedEx pkg on my stoop the other day and almost fainted, but it was just a stupid Directv thing DH had ordered.

As far as FedEx goes, I think the sender can specify the delivery requires a signature either by the recipient or someone at that address. If they are requiring a signature, and you aren't home, Fed Ex would probably follow their typical procedures and leave a sticker/hang tag on your door stating when they will try to deliver again or tell you the address of the closest facility where you can pick it up.

As far as cell phones - my thought is that if you register by cell phone, they will see if your number matches any in their database and use that address or call and leave a message. I can't imagine they would just not leave a message and move on to the next person because there are a million legitimate reasons why someone would not be able to answer the phone.

I have been texting from my phone. My phone is paid for by my work, but I know that if I won - they would sign something saying that I was using this number.

I came home from work a couple of days ago and saw a FEDEX package on our entry door table. My first thought of course was,
"Finally I win something" But then as I read who is was for my heart sank It was some business documents for DH.

Hi, if you go to disneyworld.com and sign in, there's a place on the upper left near the Welcome where it says "update profile". Just click on that and then you can make all your updates and changes there!

Thanks for the FED EX heads up - now every time I come home I check the front door - we never use that entrance and that's where they always leave packages or sticky notes that they tried to deliver - sometimes they sit out there for days before we notice! Now I'm watching!! Would LOVE to win and choose DL so I can take/meet DS who now lives too far away in CA.

No problem,glad I could help. I went in and checked and seen my old house phone number in there-not good. I changed it to my cell phone instead.
