Yeah, going at the time most of us are going (summer=busy season), rates will be a little more. But you could split it with someone, like whoever your roommate will be? And it is a little less expensive if you're doing FA and checking in in May ($119).

I'm not sure how much a taxi is, but it's probably under $30.

ETA: Actually they're running a special right now for rooms booked through June 6th, and the room would be $89.

My mom is going to go in early for work on the day I move in and then drive separate to meet me later. (We live in Tampa, under an hour away.) So if I get there around 8, how long after I arrive will I be able to enter my actual apartment and unpack?

If you don't have to wait in line very long, and you have some time before going to casting, you will for sure have time to go to your apartment, maybe 45 min? i dont really remember how long i had, but i went through the line pretty quickly as i was one of the first people there.

Getting from POR to DAK rehearsal facility (about what it takes to get to the park) was $20 tip included, so I'm betting it'll be less than that...

Im doing the Spring 2010 program for CareerStart and I have no idea where Im supposed to go when I get down there My arrival date is Feb 16th (they offered to let me change it from the 8th). Im arriving by train, which if everything goes according to plan I should be there around 1045ish am, then taking the Mears taxi to wherever Im supposed to go in Disney. (sorry if a question like this was already asked I didnt read all the posts)

You would need to report to the Vista Way Apartment Complex, located at 13501 Meadow Creek Drive in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

If you're taking a taxi, ask them to drop you off at the intersection of State Road 535 and Meadow Creek Drive.
