Question: if someone is arriving later, when we check-in, can we get their room key for them or do they need to appear at the front desk? Or what info do we need for that person?

Are they checking in for another room or in the same room? If your all in the same room they will ask all the names of who is staying in the room and will give all the keys to the person who is checking into the room. Not everyone has to be present. My son was off playing in the teacup chairs and my husband was with him, and they never asked for them to come up to the desk. Every person in the room gets a key, even kiddos. As far as checking someone in for a different room, I would think not, but I have yet to try that :)

Easy peasy...if they are saying in your room just be sure that their name is on your room as an additional guest. Once they arrive all they have to do is show their ID with the matching name and the front desk will give them a key. You can let the front desk know if you want that guest to have charging privileges on the room key or not.

You can even check them into in another room...as long as their name is on the room and you have checked in with your credit card as payment they should have zero delay in getting their key.

Perfect! Can I add them at check-in? We didn't add them before - this is a last minute addition to the trip :)

You can have a maximum of 5 people in a room and you can add them at any time...before your arrive...once you arrive...after you arrive.
