Check-In at 11am - Crowds??

I just realized that our flight in to MCO will probably get us to POR about 11am. We were planning on checking in, leaving our bags if our room wasn't ready, and hitting the parks. But now I just realized that 11am is peak check-out time and I am worried that the line-ups will be huge. Any thoughts or suggestions? Is there a seperate line-up for checking-in vs. checking-out??

There is usually two separate lines. Also many people take advantage of express checkout so they don't have to go to the front desk.

You really shouldn't have that much of a wait if any. Like the above poster stated, people will use the express check out. I know we have and will.
