I saw an add for Disneyland Paris saying Disney+ subscribers could take advantage of a discount if arriving before the end of September. My original booking for 3 nights club level with park tickets came to £1,720. I was able to cancel this through the live chat for a full refund and rebook the exact same package for £1,020! Enourmous saving.

Offer details are here: https://www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/special-offer-disneyplus/

In my case, I was already a subscriber, but I would have signed up for it if I wasn't given the saving far outweighs the annual cost!

That’s an amazing savings! But, double check you booked everything you wanted when you re-booked. The add says the savings is for 20% off. (Alternatively maybe room rates dropped noticeably since you booked? Idk if they change their room rates dynamically.)

Amazing indeed! I didn't book anything other than room + tickets, so it is like-for-like. They do have dynamic pricing, so I guess as my vacation date has got closer, the resort still has a lot of rooms and the price has dropped. So I have benefited from a price drop and the discount. Quite amazing really as it was just luck that I happened to see the ad, otherwise it wouldn't have occured to me!

Wow - thanks for posting this! I almost booked last night and glad I waited a day!!

They have had that offer for over a year at least. It only applies to new subscribers to Disney+ When you book a Disneyland Paris hotel and ticket package you will get an email will the discount code link.

They have this offer on and off since the pandemic, but I think this is the first time they had it for 2024.

Where are you finding the live chat feature? I’m not seeing it on Disneyland Paris website.

Me either!
I only see it available when I go into the booking tool. It's probably mainly intended for people experiencing issues when booking, and not a real service channel. When you click on 'find prices' on the homepage, you end up in the booking tool and the chat function should pop up.

Keep in mind the time difference if you are in the US. :)

I'm in Australia which is probably worse!
Yeah I don't see it, thanks though. Only option I have is 'call our experts'. Might have to bite the bullet and make that international call.

Final thing to try, do you have a VPN? Maybe turn it on and set it to a European country. Then go to the website, to the booking tool to see if it pops up.

Does this work for US based disney+ subscriptions or do I need to buy one for the UK?

It has worked for me - I’m based in US.
Anyone know about Australia? I plan to call up in 2 hours when the lines open to try and get this sorted. I also can't book the reserved fireworks area. Get some area about my account not matching booking location. Sigh!

I had that once as well. I had booked via the Dutch website, but the settings in my account were set to Belgium. It couldn't find my reservation and wouldnt link it to my account. Once I had switch my settings to Dutch as well, it could find my reservation. No idea why they set it up like this, especially because it is allowed to book via different countries, but it is what it is.

Yeah it's a bit silly, obviously my region has to be Australia, but there's no Australian Disney site so you have to use the US one to book.
Anyway I managed to get it sorted on the phone. I couldn't utilise the Disney+ discount as it's too close to when we'll be there now (next month) and we made our initial booking in January.

Glad you were able to reach them, but it is still weird it didn't work online, and it also sucks that you weren't eligible for the discount.
Nonetheless, enjoy your trip!
