Wanted a room for June 28 & 29 but only had availability at Portofino for the 29th for $182 rate. Booked it.

oh yeah it's amazing imo...especially since i've been able to hang onto platinum upgrade for last few years

not sure if youfirst benefits would apply though to this rate...did anybody ask?

I had no intention of going to Orlando this year but couldn't resist the Portofino rate. The place is beautiful. I am bringing the Grand kids to see Harry! The pin is not transferable. You have to call with your E-mail address and pin. You also must complete your trip by 8/15.
The rate was lower then my RPR last year which did not compare!

your guess is as good as mine they've tweaked the program quite a bit lately, im not sure whether it's a calendar year or otherwise. Perhaps info on the loews you first website or u could call for confirmation.

I just called. I was told I am a blue member and will get an upgrade, if available, at check-in. That is with the $182 rate...woo hoo!

I already got my free upgrade at RP!!!!!!!!!!

You First....already upgraded me for August! First I said I was interested in the AAA standard rate..gave me AAA rate, then I gave her my You First Number! Upgraded to waterview room for standard rate! Very pleased..

What is "you First"?? I also went on the universal website a few months ago to get on their mailing list, and I have never yet gotten any emails from them? Should I have gotten something by now...maybe even a newsletter??

Since changing to "You" First, they don't send membership cards anymore.

You just have a number assigned to you.

That said, I can't imagine you wouldn't receive anything?

Maybe you should email or call them?

I got one from our local HR cafe, I am danceing now,at least untill they tell me they have no upgrades
