We are taking an unexpected trip next month to WDW with my Mom, and just made our ressies last week. I was lucky to get an AP rate at ASMusic, and the CM helping me was super nice. He confirmed my reservation several times. When I called back today to place my deposit, the CM said it was showing as ASSports! For a girls only trip, that would not be my 1st choice! 
Two good things did come out of this phone call though...
1) Pop Century WAS available, even though it wasn't last week! So, we are going to try this new resort.
2) I had called on the 800# that someone posted, and it worked fine! He even offered to make my ps's for me!
It was nice not having to spend my dime on another very long phone call to Disney... 
Moral to this story...Call and confirm your ressies!!!!
