We also used Happy Limn my first trip to Orlando I received an old limo,and complained that it's condition was dirty and not what I was promised.They discounted the price to that of a town car and gave me a free up grade to a limo for my next trip. Give them a call, and see what happens.I have since used them again and refered numerous friends and have not had any problems. I am going to use them again in 2 weeks.
