Cheapest way to camp for 4

Its going to be me and my 3 kids- no spouse or significant other. Then in the RV will be my mom and her husband, and in one of the cabins, my sister, her husband and their three kids.

How big is the RV that your mom and her husband have? The reason I ask is that some sites allow an RV and a tent. You may want to check to see if you and your mom can share one site with her RV and a popup.

We could have a tent on their site but not a popup as i recall or we would do that.

Trying to look this up but not having an easy time of it. Im looking into other companies to rent from too. Its all kind of confusing.

Ok i just called and they said theyd make a note to have us clise to each other. I guess that means nit on the same site.

Weve decided to do a tent and let the youngest kids sleep there. Still april seems the best time to go except my sister has some cinflucts. Just too many other reasins to nit go in december.

Now i read in another thread that youre not allowed to put a tent on a premium site but that they often ovetlook it.

it's not clear to me. Did you already reserve Premium site and did you put a tent as a note on the reservation?

Make sure you "link" reservations. Having a note requesting being close to one another doesn't always work. To link the reservation, have your reservation number added to the other person's reservation and get their ressie number and add it to yours. Not saying this is perfect or foolproof, but it works better than a simple "near by" request.

Right now we have reservations for december for arv site only but we need to change that and move to april.
