If you have the time and don't mind riding the local bus, you can get to the TTC for $1.35 per person.

The bus leaves directly from the airport and travels to the downtown bus station. From there, you will need a transfer( free) to get on another bus which will drop you at the TTC. The total time is about an hour and 20 to 30 min. If you have kids and a lot of luggage this may not be the best option.

Consider the Mears shuttle at $17 one way and $29 round trip.

I have to fly back home in the middle of our vacation and the bus ride works fine. I don't mind the longer ride as I am saving about $26.

Check out www.golynx.com for the bus schedules. They leave the TTC at 7:18 am and run every 30 minutes. :earsboy:

Considering that Mears took me an hour and twenty minutes, this doesn't sound like too bad of a deal for someone interested in saving money. Especially for a short trip, where you can pack in carry ons.

I did this during my trip last year. Worked like a charm. I'd advise it for anyone traveling with more time than money, people traveling lite on luggage and without children. The bus does go over some bumps and you will need to keep a hand on your bag to steady it during the trip.

When you get to the TTC you will need to take the Ferry or Monorail to the MK to get your Disney hotel bus from there. I took my luggage on the busses without a problem. If you are staying at the Disney Village you can hop on the bus in the middle of the parking lot of the TTC, it leaves every 20 minutes. The driver will get off the bus and stow your luggage in the compartment on the side of the bus, no problem.

The trip will become easier when Lynx opens a new transfer station downtown, sometime before the end of 2004.

How many people are you looking to transport??? For $40.00 plus gratuity you can get a lincoln town car from happys limo service to pick you up and take you to the airport.

You gave the time to TTC. You then have to get to MK and then a bus to your resort. Add another half an hour to your time. The buses really can't handle luggage.

Can work under the right circumstances.

Someone posted asking other guests for a ride. I don't think I'd have the nerve to ask (or give) a ride but I guess if you talk to someone on your plane you might get lucky.

Yes, luggage is the real variable. I did my trip with a 24" rollerboard pullman. My carry-on bag was stacked on the top. I was able to handle it all with one hand. Each person needs to be able to manage all their belongings with one hand or LYNX is not a good idea. That is why this might not work with children until they are older teens.

How long is the trip (using limo/town-car) from the airport to ASMu?
