Cheapest times to rent DVC points?

I am looking into renting DVC points and when pricing out 6 nights on Davids Vacation Club Rentals, I was surprised to see that March 21-27 was more expensive than December 25-31 for an AKL value studio since I at least understood that Christmas week is more busy than spring break. Is there a calendar or something out there that I could compare the cheapest times to rent points?

Yes

The DVC point charts show how many points/night are needed to rent:

DVC owners are pretty good value hunters, too, so lower points are often in higher demand, especially October through Deember.

Also, there are only about 15 AKV Value studios, making them difficult to get, even if you book 11 months in advance

And AKV value rooms are about size (they are about 3' shorter from door to balcony than standard or savanna view)
than view (there are parking lot, pool and savanna view value rooms.

The points for those time frames are exactly the same. Easter moves, so in 2015, the higher point time was 3/29-4/11. In 2016 it is 3/20-4/2
