SAMs Club is the least expensive, go online and check the price. Even Walmart was about $2

If you can't find anyplace within your budget, you might try making color copies at the self serve copier at Kinkos. I did this last year and they came out great. You can bring your own cardstock or photo paper to copy them on. I can't remember the cost per copy. Just a thought.

I was just looking at the CVS circ for this week. They have 8x10 prints for 1.99 with your CVS card. I know it is above your price, but thought I would pass it on.

If you are a Costco member (or know someone who is), I their 8 x 10 prints are 1.49 each. 5 x 7's are .39 each. They may do a cheaper price if it is 40 copies of the same picture.

it wont help if you need them ASAP but I do the photo packages for our Swim team and use artscow they mail from HongKong so fast isnt really an option but have always gotten best price using the codes they offer

I know you said 8x10 but winkflash.com has a sale on 5x7s right now, 10 cents a print.
