I quickly looked in the Costco and BJ's coupon booklets but I didn't notice if they were having a sale. Where else could I get them for cheap? Thanks!

Walmart goes through 1800Contacts and my own eye doctor just contracted through 1800contacts. 1800Contacts is expensive!

I purchased 2 boxes each eye over the summer at Vision Direct for half the cost of 1800contacts. Free shipping code and 10 or 20% off code. I get emails all the time with % off codes.

I also recommend visiondirect.com. I wear Acuvue Oasys. While Vision Direct wasn't 1/2 the price of 1800Contacts for mine like the PP, they did save me about $40 on an 8 box order over 1800Contacts.

My mom just ordered from opticontacts and was happy with their price and service.

I've seen people recommend visiondirect.com. They often have a 20% discount for new customers, too. I ordered from Walgreens since they had the best price for my type of contacts. Plus, I went through ebates.com and got an % back.

Do you have an America's Best in your area? That's been the best deal I've found - $99 to join their "club" which covers exams for 3 years, and the member price on my Acuvue 2s is $12.49/box. I plan to try Vision Direct for my "fun" (colored) contacts because their price is better on those, but on my everyday lenses America's Best is cheap and convenient so I stick with them.

try daysoft.com they are like "generic" lenses that you wear daily and throw away. You put in what type you wear and they tell you what to order. Very inexpensive.

I just did the visiondirect deal also. They had a bulk discount if you bought 8 boxes, then a 25% off code and free shipping. Order total was ~140 for 24 pair. Then I got a $50 rebate from Acuvue. So that's ~3.75 per pair. Free shipping also. And I got to put everything on my FSA card so nothing out of pocket.

try lensdiscounters.com

i found them to be the cheapest for the contacts i wear

I get DD's from Walgreens. They are a lot cheaper than my eye Dr or 1800contacts.

Check the prices at Sam's Club. You don't have to be a member to use the optical department.

I have used Sam's for years but when I placed an order a couple of weeks ago I found out they go through 1800Contacts now too. I like to order one or two boxes at a time but they say now I have to order a 6 month or 12 month supply. I was a little bugged because they didn't tell me they had changed companies. I found out when I got home and had a confirmation email from 1800Contacts.

I'll probably go back to Costco or try one of the online stores.
