Was searching for some party supplies and I came across this:
http://virginiatoy.com/catalog/prod...id=16&osCsid=925ccea4a100aaafd41cb0029d6d058c
50 red/white/blue candy striped glow sticks that are designed to be hung from a lanyard as a necklace (comes with the lanyards) for $3.50!!!
The company states it is because the white inner glow was not as bright as they expected and these only work really well in a really dark place. So, my question for the seasoned Disney traveler would be....is it really dark at the parades when the kids would want these? I'll hand them out to every kid in sight if you think they'll work for Disney.
Has anyone used this company before?
- they have others dirt cheap, too. (click on closeouts) They are honest about why some are so cheap - one was glowsticks near their expiration date and they were up-front about the fact the half of them probably wouldn't work, but it was only 4.00 for 48 of them. I have about the same success rate at the dollar store and this is way cheaper.
