I think nthey all have to sell it for $59.99 but they can offer different extra incentives with it which is what you have to look for.

ToysRus is where I just bought it at with this deal. Buy any 2 games priced $59.99 get a $50 TRU giftcard. (giftcard is active six hours after the purchase and expires 1/31/11) You also get a free COD Black OPS tshirt with the purchase of COD. And you are able to buy the 12 month live subscription card at a discount 15% off (I think). All of these deals expire Saturday

Target has it at full price $59.99 and you can add on a 12 month live card for $29.99.

TRU will have B1get 1 40% off all Wii, 360 and PS3 games 11/14-20.

Not sure about anywhere else but out of all of those options I chose the $50 gift card. BTW my TRU was out of the shirt but they said I could bring back the receipt by Saturday and get one since they have an order coming in tonight.
