We can do, but we need 4 other tickets, and the billet malin price is a very reasonable 30 euros per ticket, so don't want to give up yet (going quietly mad though).

Have you tried putting the hotel's address down and saying then that you are in France ?

Alternately you could try ordering them through the Fnac or Carrefour site( you'd need to create an account, again put down your street address but the post code and town down as per your hotel) you pay by card and then go and pick them up at a /FnacCarrefour with a photo id and the card that you used for paiement

Have just managed to reserve the 2 tickets for the AP birthday holders as well....even though Disney Guest relations have just emailed me stating that it's not possible to reserve tickets, as they must be purchased in full beforehand!

Do you think Carrefour are likely to send me a confirmation email?

Can't remember and I've deleted it if they did

Trying to think back to April...I printed out the confirmation that was in my account and took that along with my id and card but they didn't look at it. They found me by the card

If you look at the Plan Interactif just in front of Carrefour there is a red blob, it's next to that.

Infact when you run your curseur across it it says Dab Carrefour then Services et Spectacles Carrefour and that's the desk you want

I've tried booking Billet Malin on french DLP site and it fails with a technical error. i've tried using the hotels address and my credit card company says that no payment request has reached them so its the DLP site blocking my purchase.

I've looked at the FNAC site and there seems to be a collection point at Val D'Europe - is this correct? It looks from Google Maps that its round the corner from our apart-hotel so it would be really convenient for us.

Has anyone used them before? Are they reliable?

I bought tickets from FNAC. No problem. Just brought my confirmation number and the card I used to pay for them to the Shop in Val D'Europe.

It's near the end of the concourse next to the restaurants at Ground level.
Felt like a very long walk!

With this voucher you just turn up at the ticket office, you can't reserve in advance by phone.

I'd go as soon as you got there and see if you can buy your tickets in advance or if you can only buy them on the night you want to go an hour before the show

Was just wondering what really is the diff between cat 1 and cat 2?

You are seated lower down so closer to the arena but it doesn't mean that you get a better view or that it is a better seat as there is more dust and muck liable to be flung around the closer you are to the floor

The seat is supposed to be comfier

You get an alchool free cocktail and special "sweets" with your coffee
