Cheaper Rates by phone?

We called and upgraded to AP dining and the price was $119.00 cheaper than the advertsed online rate. Whats that all about. The package onlne was $980.00 and when I called it was $861.00. Its the same room, standard view (since I really dont care) nothing upgraded in the room, just added dining. I wonder why it was cheaper by phone. Not complaining! My gain.

Doesn't the travel insurance they automatically include online (unless you take it off) run around $120? If so that might be the difference.
