Cheap Restaurants near Disney & I Drive

Just about every restaurant outside of WDW is cheap in comparison to both onsite, and here in the UK.

Yet another vote for Golden Corral. We went a few times last year They had a different night every night such as Mexican night, Steak night etc and there's something for everyone. Also Perkins at Crossroads for a nice breakfast.

No mention of Taco Bell? Seriously this is Tasty Mexican style fast food and everyone I've taken there has loved the food - it's cheap and cheerful - we fed a family of 7 for $11 last time we were there - probably more of a quick stop option than a 'night out' but fun all the same!

OMG we looooooove the Bell! I almost had a fit when I saw one in Iceland so I managed to get my Taco Bell 'fix' way earlier than expected:love:

Been to Sweet Toms for lunch today, as good as ever, $25 for 3 adults, similar price to Macs or BK but 10 times nicer.

This may sound a little daft, but KFC over there is also very good, much better than in the UK, more choice and different.

Golden Corral is cheap and as much steak as you can eat, if you want to go upmarket a little than the Carving Statin over at LBV has prime rib, buffet and crab legs for about $22 (£11) per adult.

Another recommendation for Perkins for breakfast !!!!! YUM!!! Pancakes and blueberry syrup - best in town!!!!

And Denny's diner - do they still dance on the counter to YMCA???

And Pizza Hut - different to UK - unlimited trips to salad bar etc, and half the price!!!!

Also near the cinema multiplex and FAO Schwarz toy shop was a ribs restaurant - don't know if it still there, but WOW were they good..... I am salivating at the memory after 9 years absence......

I do miss vegetables over there sometimes though..... (sweetcorn and salad seemed to be the main choices) - but hopefully things have changed.

That'll be Tony Romas, excellent as well, as others have said Golden Corral just off the 535 as you go to the Premium Outlets

Another vote for the Golden Coral. We ate there in April - 7 of us - all wanting different food. We were all happy and full. The choice is great, from salads to all kind of meat, to veggies and baked potatoes, pizza etc. And then there's the pudding section! Wow. It costs less than £40 for the 7 of us (6 adults and 1 child). We left a big tip as thanks :thumbsup2 .

Also, they allow you to do a "take out" too. Think there are a couple of sizes of boxes and you pop in load it up and off you go. Haven't tried this but sounds good.

My favourite food though, and you can't get it in the UK is frozen. I love the orginal Eggo french bread. I'm glad I can't get it over here cause I'd be the size of an elephant :rotfl2:

Ooh i forgot about Tony Roma's,they're ribs are sooooo good.Do they still do the offer where you eat all the ribs you can for a set price?? And the offer where kids eat free on a certain night??.x.

God i can feel myself drooling just thinking about Tony Romas here!!

Also it depends what you mean as cheap - with the pound so strong then pretty much everything seems cheap to be honest (bar mega posh restaurants).

I'd like to recommend the Cheesecake factory at Mall at Millennia - i had an awesome double burger with barbacue sauce and bacon - came to about $9 with a mountain of fries ; i wouldn't even be able to get a McDonald's meal at a service station for that price over here!

Also my fiancée got a "lunch portion" pasta dish - $6 and bigger than any main meal you'll get in the UK of the same type!

Oh and the cheesecake!! Now i don't really like cheesecake (tho my fiancée loves it) but even I enjoyed it here - pop in just for that even if you don't fancy a meal here!!

Yeah, Monday night, :thumbsup2 all you can eat ribs, full rack $17.99

Thanks stebb1 :thumbsup2 .x.
So if i get there when it starts and stay till closing i should be full by then or sick. They'll have to roll me out.

Well................. I thought I could eat, have been to Tony Romas every year since 1992, but last year was actually the first we went on a Monday to eat all you can, however, after my first full rack I thought, OK , lets get another, got halfway through them and I was finished, could eat no more, wife and kids (20 & 16) were the same :rotfl2:
