We have a upcoming trip to seaworld soon, and booked doubletree next to the park. It looked nice and has been recently renovated. It was priced well. Also, there is also a spring hill suites across from the park that had good prices.

We stayed at the DoubleTree near SeaWorld in December 2014. It was clean, and the staff was great. Parking is not free though. It was $11 per night for a resort fee which included your parking. That said, we were able to get quick ques for free each day for Sea World, and the ride to Sea World was maybe 5 minutes. My children loved it. They had nice pools, a pool-side movie event, crafts, miniature golf,and several other fun things for kids.

I think you might be thinking about the package deals with some of the SW hotels basically across the street like Springhill, Rennaisancce, Hilton garden, but the package does not usually and maybe never or rarely comes with free tickets. I would suggest three hotels. Hilton GI, Renaissance SW or the Doubletree SW. If you are not already registered for the Hilton Honors program do so. It is free and members get deeper discounts and perks.
