Has anyone ever used the website 'cheap air' to book airfare? They claim to issue a credit up to $100 per ticket, should the ticket prices drop. Airfare is so expensive in general. I'm wondering if there are hidden drawbacks to booking with this site. Anyone have and experience with this?

Have you read the details on their web site? I assume very few people ever get that $100. Also, for me personally, I would never book air fare with a third party. Only directly with the airline. Although it's rare, if something goes wrong you will have the airline and the booking agent pointing fingers at each other.
