Anyways, I hope this lasts, cuz I'm already getting new virus threats popping up, and I just turned it on for the first time a few minutes ago!

This is not good.

Would you by chance be running AVG and have it pop up a "Generic Trojan" alert when you first sign on to the DIS?

I have one recurring each time I go to the main page, looked on DIS tech support and webmaster is 99.9% sure that it is a false positve for AVG.

It's popping up from some flash image on the front page.

It will be okay, your virus program is doing it's job. Just a little overly done

That is exactly what is popping up!!!!

I'm scared to click anything, so I just X it out. So far so good.

I'll go check out the DIS support and see what it says too.

I am coming to u from a bench outside TOT. My feet are hurting (from yesterday) and I'm waiting for my family. My bf is tired and went to watch a movie in DTD. Not sure where my parents are but this afternoon we all went on Toy Story and they liked it so much that they went to the single riders line. :lol: Oh and I got mauled my Goofy, Pluto and Dale last night at the dinner at Goofy's kitchen. They messed up my hair so bad and I was like: Ahhhhh! Took pics of my co workers getting soaked on Grr. I hope u guys are having a good weekend. Oh and I bumped into an old friend that my bf and I lost touvh with for a few years now. It really is a small world after all....indeed!

I have returned from my waterpark adventure. They have two big slides, one is purple and open on the top, the other is yellow and a closed tube. I was sitting up going down the yellow tube and bumped the top of my head at the bottom, right before being dumped into the pool. OUCH! Note to self: Lay on your back when going down the yellow slide.

We had fun, but as DD said "This really sucks after going to Disney waterparks" Then proceeds to tell me how "I've ruined all swimming for them". I guess the equivalent is handing your kids a bottle of water when they ask to go swimming!

Icky, Ucky, Yucky, Pukey, Horrible, Horrible, Horrible weather here today. It's icky cold and rainy and I intend to file a formal complaint, just as soon as I find Mother Nature's address. We have not had a summer and I want one!

We went out for lunch at McGrath's Fish House before swimming. I had wood fired skewered prawns, DD had alder plank salmon w/garlic scallion butter, DS had parmesan encrusted halibut and DH had cajun catfish. It was YUMMY!

Of course then we sat in the jacuzzi at the waterpark and felt like taking a nap!

I also had a green salad w/ranch dressing, sourdough bread, iced tea, rice pilaf and vegetables (squash & carrots). See how bored I am, I'm describing my entire dinner plate!

No, sadly I'm not. For some strange reason I like Fergie's music.

3. What is your favorite perfume?

Don't laugh, but it's Love's Baby Soft. Yes, I know it smells like baby powder and as a grown woman I should like different scents, but I have always liked it. So there!

4. Secret guilty pleasure?

I used to go to the pharmacy at that time of the month and buy 3 candy bars and eat them in the car, then throw the wrappers away so the kids and DH have no idea I ate 3 candy bars!

1. So what were the 3 candy bars?

Reese's PB Cups (always!), Hershey's (usually), 3rd one was always a variety (Rolos, Almond Joy, 100 Grand).

2. What did you want to be when you grew up?

As a child I always wanted to be a psychologist or an architect. Why? I have no idea, those areas just interested me.

3. What do you now want to be when you grow up?

Alive and retired!

I'm tired so I think I'm going to head to bed early. Don't know if I'm going to do the hike tomorrow or not. May have worn myself out ice skating and swimming this weekend.

It really sucks that I just don't have the energy that I used to. I can remember before chemo being able to go to WDW for 9 days and barely sleeping! I could just go and go and go.

Now I can still go, but after a couple of days of physical activity I get tired and each subsequent day I get more and more tired. It is getting better and I guess I shouldn't complain. But it just really bums me out that I can't just go and do all the activities I want all the time.

Take into account that you also had major surgery just a few months ago.. I think you are doing just fine.

ANY surgery will slow you down and make you feel "off" for awhile.
I know after the kidney was out.. I was tired feeling for many months until everything healed.

yeah, the boys can't watch fireworks without saying YAWN this is soooo boring after being at Disneyland



When they lit up fireworks at their granmother's in July they were happy litttle firebugs. Then they didn't care how small and they were not set to music in an amazing choregraph ... It was :

meanwhile I had the fireworks theme music playing in my head and humming... said "hey all we are missing is Tinkerbell, who is going to fly across the trees for me with glowing lights attached to them?? anyone??"


Of course, they looked at me like I was nuts. Sorry, can't be helped.. I have a brain disorder.

Orginally hubby's clinic apt was to be this week, clinic is located just 2 blocks from the capitol and just a bit further drive is the Excel center (and the dreaded no drive zone for the RNC)

I was happy to find that it was rescheduled for another week-- yeahhhhhhhh , I can safley avoid the other side of the river.. and it's traffic jams, protest marches, blockaded highway exits and the dreaded Republicans.

.... MN is typically a democrat state, yet we have a republican governor??

Ah well, at least we don't have Jesse shaking his bald head at us anymore

So we had a decent day at WDW Hollywood Studios on Saturday. It rained all day so we ran around in rain poncho's but got the job done . It stopped at exactly 8:00PM for the 8:30 Fantasmic show I had prune like feet at the end of the day because my feet were so wet all day.

I wonder if DL Toy Story is the same as the one here at WDW??? We loved it and rode it 3 times yesterday. It just opened at Hollywood Studios about a month ago.

I believe they are the exact same. Such a cute ride. We have a name for the way you must hold and pull the ball on the shooter thing. (well, that was clear wasn't it?)

Anyway, we have a name for it but I cannot post it on the DIS!
